What we collect

The private conversation form asks for your name, email address, and a message, with optional fields for your location and a link to your Instagram, TikTok or website. We ask for nothing else: no follower counts, no financial information, no representation history. If you email us directly, we hold what you send.

How it is used

Information you submit is used to read and respond to your enquiry and, if a conversation continues, to conduct that conversation. It is not sold, rented or added to marketing lists. Submissions are delivered to a private Next Nova inbox and are accessible to the small team who handle enquiries.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled on this site, they run only after you explicitly agree through the consent notice, and they can be declined. No analytics script loads before consent. At the time of writing, no analytics are configured.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are relevant to a current or potential conversation. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time using the contact below.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write totalent@nextnova.agency and we will respond directly.
